Too many people just sit, in front of some electronic device, and veg away their time and this is a real detriment to health. It may be observed that fewer kids are seen outdoors playing than in the past. The parents today need to provide an example and get active. The places you mention would be a good start, and taking kids gives them new interests and ideas, and is good for the whole family.
