		<description>I agree, there are great vaues at Value Village and as consumers we have to be especially careful with recession. What I like about this idea is you are telling people to spend,just be wise with it. If everyone stops spending money, people will loose their jobs and won&#039;t be able to spend, which is what I believe started the recession in the first place. There are other stores, Like walmart or zellers, which are not second hand where you can buy clothes. Just be wise when you spend people!</description>
